In Loving Memory of Charles James Cochran

american-flagA native of Chillicothe, Ohio and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA he passed away at the Butterfly Wing Hospice Unit on October 2, 2016 at the age of 80. A memorial service, with military honors, will be held at the Louisiana National Cemetery, 303 W. Mt. Pleasant Rd, Zachary, LA 70791, at 11:00am on Monday, November 7, 2016. The memorial service will be conducted by Rev. Joe Radcliffe.  He is survived by his wife, Barbara “Bobbie” Cochran of Baton Rouge; daughter, Kimberly Fowler & husband Wade of Texarkana, TX; son, Kipper Cochran & wife Kim of Houston, TX; stepchildren, Robbie Schexnailder & husband Mitch of Lafayette, LA, and Donna Lofton of Baton Rouge; sisters, Sallie Serott of Chillicothe, OH, and Joan Stout of Tallahassee, FL; grandchildren, Thomas Lofton II & wife Heather, Hillary Fowler, Sam Schexnailder, Keller Schexnailder, and Alexandra Cochran; great-grandchild, Thomas “Tripp” Lofton, III.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry & Mary Cochran; brothers, Richard and Don Cochran; and sister, Jean Carsen.
