LeBlanc, Henry   resized cropped photoHenry Braud LeBlanc Jr., 94, of Denham Springs died on Friday April 29, 2016 at Southeast LA War Veterans Home. He was born to the late Henry Sr. and Mary Eva Griffon LeBlanc on October 1, 1921 in Gonzales, LA. He served his country in the United States Army where he was a WWII Veteran and was honorably discharged in 1945. He later found his career of 33 years with Exxon Chemical Company until his retirement in 1981. Henry is survived by 3 children Mary Henrietta and husband Don Miller, Mary Ann Vicknair, Ronald LeBlanc Sr., and wife Vickie; 5 grandchildren Brandon, Rose, Gabriel, Ron and Katie; also survived by several great grandchildren. Henry was best known as Pawpaw or Uncle Henry; he enjoyed his retirement years fishing at the camp on Blind River and watching his family grow. Graveside services with Military Honors will be 11 am Wednesday May 4, 2016 at Head of Island Cemetery with Deacon Jimmie Little officiating.
