In Loving Memory of Jesse Wayne Grantham

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for Thou art with me; thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.” – Psalms 23:4   A native of San Angelo, TX and a resident of St. Amant he passed away at his home, with his wife by his side, during the 4th Watch of the Night on Monday, April 4, 2016 after a short battle with esophageal cancer.  He was 63 years old and was the owner of Grantham Drywall and Grantham Heavy Equipment.  Visitation will be held at The Church in St. Amant, 13423 Highway 431, from 12:00pm until memorial service at 1:00pm on Saturday, April 16, 2016.  The memorial service will be conducted by Pastors Don Smith, Kevin Lalonde, Galeon Albin, and Chuck Robb. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Pamela Comeaux Grantham; sons, Shannon & wife Cathy, Austin, and Sterling  & wife Rani; sister, Janet Sue & husband  Trey Wood of San Angelo, TX; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews; and father in law, Edward Comeaux.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Edith Jo Grantham; and mother in law, Rita S. Jesse’s main concern was always his spiritual health. I thank God for Jesse entering my life 26 plus years ago and will never forget him. I will be present in prayer for the celebration of his life.
